East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust has removed ten staff from duty after the medical records of three-year-old Noah Woods were accessed in a data breach. Deputy chief medical officer Dr Martin Mansfield apologised 'unreservedly' to the family for the 'extra anguish' caused and said an urgent internal investigation had been launched.
