Pilot arrested after stabbing co-pilot on Flydubai flight bound for Israel

A pilot on Flydubai flight FZ1073 was arrested after allegedly stabbing his co-pilot and attempting to hijack the plane bound for Tel Aviv. Passengers and crew subdued the attacker, with one British pilot reportedly helping to rescue the aircraft after it dropped from 33,000 feet to 17,000 feet in about a minute. Israeli officials said the pilot may have used an axe in the attack, and Israel has launched a probe into how the suspect was cleared to fly.
