Zafer Dogan, 32, took as many as 5,000 images of women and girls, using AI to 'nudify' them, and was repeatedly released on bail to a flat near a playground, forcing some victims to move out. Met Police chief Sir Mark Rowley condemned the 'unfathomable' decision to bail him, saying the justice system is letting down victims. Dogan was jailed for two years and four months.
